DRIVING SUPPORT SWITCH CONTROL ECU REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    CAUTION:

    Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

    Note:
    • After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work (Click hereClick hereClick here).

    • When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Click hereClick hereClick hereClick here).

  2. REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH

  3. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT LOWER COVER LH

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT LOWER PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH

  9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CENTER CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

  11. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX DOOR COVER

  12. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY

  13. REMOVE DRIVING SUPPORT SWITCH CONTROL ECU

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. E197647

      Remove the bolt and driving support switch control ECU.
