BLOWER UNIT INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL BLOWER UNIT


    1. for RHD, w/ PTC:


      1. B007TPFE06

        Attach the clamp.

    2. B007S32

      for LHD, w/ PTC:


      1. Install the wire harness with the screw.

    3. B007QACE02

      Install the blower unit with the 4bolts.

    4. Install the 3 clamps and 2 connectors.

    5. for LHD, w/ PTC:


      1. Install the 2 connectors.

        Install the 3 connectors.

      for Narrow Body:


      1. Install the junction block with the nut.

      1. Install the junction block with the 2 nuts.

  2. INSTALL AIR DUCT NO.2


    1. B007QVDE03

      Engage the 2 claws to install the air duct No.2.

  3. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  6. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
