ILLUMINATION CONTROL SYSTEM (Illuminated Entry System)
Tip:When inspecting the following functions, make sure that the map light switch and No. 1 room light switch are DOOR position.
The illuminated entry system has the following control functions:
Control

Lighting
Actuation Area-linked
When a registered key is brought within any vehicle exterior detection area around the doors, the items listed to the right turn on.
Map light assembly

Power switch illumination
Door Lock/Unlock-linked
When any door is unlocked, the items listed to the right turn on.

When all doors are locked, the items listed to the right turn off.

Door Open/Close-linked
When any door is opened, the items listed to the right turn on.

When the power switch is turned from on (ACC) or on (IG) to off, the items listed to the right turn on.

BATTERY SAVING CONTROL SYSTEM
The battery saving control system has the following control functions:

Basic function
When the doors remain in the same condition for 20 minutes and the key is outside the vehicle exterior detection area, the illumination of the items listed to the right turns off.
Power switch illumination
Interior light auto cut function
The illumination of the items listed on the right will turn off 20 minutes after the power switch is turned off, regardless of whether the doors are open or closed and regardless of the map light switch position.
