1. CHECK CONDITION

   
   

   1. Check if the system voice recognition success rate is low when recognizing a particular voice.

      Result
      Result Proceed to System voice recognition success rate is low with any voice. A System voice recognition success rate is low only for a particular voice. B

      Tech Tips

      
      

      • System voice recognition success rate varies depending on voice and pronunciation. This is not a malfunction.

      • When the voice recognition training function is enabled via the vehicle settings, it becomes easier to recognize the particular voice of a user.

2. CHECK MICROPHONE (OPERATION CHECK)

      *A	w/o DAB Function

      Enter the "Microphone Check" screen. [Refer to Check Microphone] in Operation Check.

      Click here

   2. When voice is input into the microphone, check that the microphone input level meter changes according to the input voice.

   3. Push the recording switch and perform voice recording. (w/o DAB Function)

      
      

      • Select the recording switch with the blower motor of the air conditioning system stopped. If an outlet of the air conditioning system is facing the microphone, noise may be recorded.

      • Voice can be recorded for up to 5 seconds.

   4. Check that the recording indicator remains on while recording and that the recorded voice is played normally without noise or distortion. (w/o DAB Function)
