AIR CONDITIONING PANEL (for Automatic Air Conditioning System) INSTALLATION

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. INSTALL INTEGRATION PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01DY1Q

      Connect the No. 1 cooler wire to integration panel sub-assembly (air conditioning panel) as shown in the illustration.

    2. Attach the 3 claws to connect the lower heater control base.

    3. Install the 4 screws.

    4. Install the 4 screws.

  2. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. for Manual Air Conditioning System:


      1. Connect the connectors.

      2. Attach the 4 claws to connect the air conditioner control.

      3. Attach the 10 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.

    2. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:


      1. Connect the connectors.

      2. Attach the 8 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.
