FUEL INJECTION PUMP REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL DELIVERY VALVE HOLDER


    1. A01DV9HE01

      Install new gaskets and the valves into the distributive head.

    2. Install the springs into the delivery valve holders.

    3. Using SST, install the delivery holders.

      SST
      09260-54012   ( 09269-54020 )
      Torque:
      59 N*m  { 602 kgf*cm, 43 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL DISTRIBUTIVE HEAD PLUG


    1. A01DVEGE02

      Install a new O-ring to the distributive head plug.

    2. Using SST, install the head plug.

      SST
      09260-54012   ( 09262-54010 )
      Torque:
      88 N*m  { 900 kgf*cm, 65 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL FUEL TEMPERATURE SENSOR


    1. A01E1S1E01

      Install a new O-ring to the fuel temperature sensor.

    2. Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, install the fuel temperature sensor.

      Torque:
      22 N*m  { 224 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL TIMING CONTROL VALVE


    1. A01DY2LE01

      Using a 5 mm hexagon wrench, install the timing control valve with the 2 bolts.

  5. INSTALL FUEL FILTER TO INJECTION PUMP FUEL PIPE


    1. A01E2R2E01

      Install a new washer and the hollow screw.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the fuel pipe with 2 new washers and the cap nut.

      Torque:
      27 N*m  { 271 kgf*cm, 20 ft.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL NO. 4 NOZZLE LEAKAGE PIPE


    1. Install the nozzle leakage pipe with 2 new washers and the overflow screw.

      Torque:
      27 N*m  { 271 kgf*cm, 20 ft.*lbf }
