  1. PRECAUTION FOR DISCONNECTING CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following systems after the cable is reconnected.

  2. PRECAUTIONS FOR G-BOOK


    1. If replacing any of the following parts, refer to Initialization of Repair Instruction.

      • Radio receiver assembly

    2. On this model, the radio receiver assembly functions as the G-BOOK device and has the G-BOOK ID.

    3. Necessary data for the G-BOOK system is stored on the SD card that is built into the radio receiver assembly.

    4. Depending on the troubleshooting method, G-BOOK.com may need to be accessed. It is necessary to explain to the customer that communication fees may be incurred due to access to online services when checking during repair. Make sure to obtain the consent of the customer before proceeding with work.

  3. SITUATIONS WHERE NOT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT TO G-BOOK SERVICE


    1. "Bluetooth" connection is interrupted.

    2. "Bluetooth" connection setting has not been performed.

    3. Services that limit receiving/making a call, such as drive mode, dial lock, call prohibition, voice mail or select call are used.

    4. The cellular phone cannot be used due to non-payment of the cellular phone, etc.

    5. A cellular phone that cannot access the internet is being used.
