Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
DRAIN BRAKE FLUID
Note
Wash off brake fluid immediately if it comes in contact with any painted surface.
REMOVE FRONT FLEXIBLE HOSE
Disconnect the brake tube from the front flexible hose with a union nut wrench while holding the front flexible hose with a wrench.
Note
Do not bend or damage the brake tube.
Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt and dust to enter the brake tube from the connecting point.
Remove the 2 clips and flexible hose.
REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 WHEEL CYLINDER TUBE LH
Using a union nut wrench, remove the wheel cylinder tube from the brake cylinder.
Note
Do not bend or damage the wheel cylinder tube.
Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt and dust to enter the wheel cylinder tube from the connecting points.
