FUEL INJECTION PUMP DISASSEMBLY


  1. MOUNT INJECTION PUMP

      Mount the injection pump to SST.

  2. REMOVE NO. 4 NOZZLE LEAKAGE PIPE


    1. A01E2R2E01

      Remove the overflow screw, nozzle leakage pipe and 2 washers.

  3. REMOVE FUEL FILTER TO INJECTION PUMP FUEL PIPE


    1. Remove the cap nut, fuel pipe and 2 washers.

    2. Remove the fuel inlet hollow screw and washer.

  4. REMOVE TIMING CONTROL VALVE

      Using a 5 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 bolts and timing control valve.

  5. REMOVE FUEL TEMPERATURE SENSOR

      Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, remove the fuel temperature sensor.

  6. REMOVE DISTRIBUTIVE HEAD PLUG


    1. A01DY7LE01

      Using SST, remove the distributive head plug.

  7. REMOVE DELIVERY VALVE


    1. A01DZZ4E01

      Using SST, remove the 4 delivery valve holders and springs.

    2. Remove the 4 delivery valves and gaskets.

      Note

      Do not touch the sliding surfaces of the delivery valve with your hand.

      Tech Tips

      Arrange the delivery valves, springs, and holders in the order they were removed.
