Whiplash Injury Reducing Structure
A structure, which provides support for the whole area from the head to the waist at the same time during a collision, is used to help reduce whiplash injury.

The side frame shape of the front seat assembly has been made highly rigid. As a result, the front seat assembly can support passengers to prevent them from falling backward in a collision.

Manual Lifter
The driver seat uses a manual lifter. The entire seat can be vertically moved by operating the vertical adjusting handle on the outer surface of the driver seat cushion.
The manual lifter consists of the vertical adjusting handle, lifter gear and lifter rod, thus accommodating various body types.

Walk-in Mechanism
A walk-in mechanism that tilts and slides the front passenger seat forward for rear seat passengers to help them easily get in and out the vehicle.
The seat back can be made to tilt and slide forward by pulling the strap located under the seat, improving ease of operation.

CONSTRUCTION
Front Seat
Manually adjustable front seats have been provided.
A front seat back with a slimline design is used to ensure space around the knees of the passengers in the rear seat.

Rear Seat
A folding function is employed in the seat back (bench type rear seat back assembly) for the united type rear seat to improve the usability and convenience.

Child Restraint System (CRS)
ISO-FIX bars (child restraint seat anchor bracket sub-assemblies/rear seat hinge sub-assemblies) for securing child seats have been provided behind the seat cushion of the rear seat.
CRS top tether anchor brackets (child restraint seat anchor brackets) for securing a child seat have been provided on the package tray trim panel assembly.
