The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during oil level sensor removal/installation are shown below.

Replacement of ECM

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL ENGINE ASSEMBLY TO ENGINE STAND

  2. REMOVE OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR


    1. Disconnect the engine oil level sensor connector.

    2. B00872F

      Remove the clip from the engine oil level sensor.

    3. B0083IF

      Disengage the clamp.

    4. Remove the 2 bolts and engine oil level sensor.
