VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL (for LHD)

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR COVER PLATE (for RHD)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE FENDER APRON BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LHD)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FENDER APRON BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  5. REMOVE VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. for 8GR-FKS, for LHD:

        B006AHR Connector
        B006EC9 Vacuum Sensor Assembly

        Disconnect the connector from the vacuum sensor assembly.

      2. Remove the vacuum sensor assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    2. for 8GR-FKS, for RHD:

        B006AHR Connector
        B006EC9 Vacuum Sensor Assembly

        Disconnect the connector from the vacuum sensor assembly.

      2. Remove the vacuum sensor assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    3. for V35A-FTS, for LHD:

        B006AHR Connector
        B006EC9 Vacuum Sensor Assembly

        Disconnect the connector from the vacuum sensor assembly.

      2. Remove the vacuum sensor assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    4. for V35A-FTS, for RHD:

        B006AHR Connector
        B006EC9 Vacuum Sensor Assembly

        Disconnect the connector from the vacuum sensor assembly.

      2. Remove the vacuum sensor assembly from the brake booster assembly.

  6. REMOVE VACUUM SENSOR GROMMET


    1. Remove the vacuum sensor grommet from the brake booster assembly.
