REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Double Cab) REMOVAL

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER LH

    1. Pull the rear seat hinge cover LH to detach the 2 claws.

    2. Pull up the rear seat hinge cover LH to detach the guide and remove the rear seat hinge cover LH.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER RH

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

      *1 Fold Seat Stopper Band Button
      *2 Seat Cushion Rubber Band

      Detach the fold seat stopper band button and pull the fold seat stopper band to release the seat cushion lock.

    2. Pull the 2 rear No. 1 seat inner belts through the 2 seat cushion rubber bands.

    3. Fold up the rear seat cushion assembly.

    4. Attach the fold seat stopper band to the vehicle body and temporarily fix the rear seat cushion assembly in place.

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    6. Detach the fold seat stopper band from the vehicle body.

    7. Lift up the seat in the direction indicated by the arrow to detach the 2 hooks and 2 guides. Then remove the rear seat assembly.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
