HOOD DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    1. B00880L

      Using a clip remover, disengage the 10 hood to radiator support seal clips to remove the hood to radiator support seal.

    2. Remove the 10 hood to radiator support seal clips from the hood to radiator support seal.

  2. REMOVE HOOD INSULATOR


    1. B008758

      Using a clip remover, remove the 9 hood insulator clips.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the hood insulator.

  3. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Heater)

  4. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Heater)

  5. DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY (w/o Heater)

      Disengage the 5 clamps.

    2. Disengage the grommet and disconnect the washer hose assembly.

  6. DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY (w/ Heater)

      Disengage the 5 clamps.

    2. Disengage the grommet and disconnect the washer hose assembly.

  7. REMOVE HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH

  9. REMOVE HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH
