THERMOSTAT(for Cylinder Block) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE TIMING CHAIN COVER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE WATER INLET

    1. A350052

      Remove the 3 bolts, water inlet and heater return gasket from the cylinder block sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE THERMOSTAT (for Cylinder Block)

    1. A350053

      Remove the thermostat (for Cylinder Block) from the cylinder block sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the No. 1 water inlet housing gasket from the thermostat (for Cylinder Block).
