Note:

When replacing the skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly), perform initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve.

PROCEDURE

  1. CHECK ABS CONTROL SYSTEM

    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Click here

      Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRC > Clear DTCs

    2. Turn the power switch on (READY).

    3. Drive the vehicle at a speed of approximately 40 km/h (25 mph) or more for 60 seconds or more.

    4. Check if ABS control system DTCs are output.

    1. Turn the power switch off.

    2. Clear the DTCs.

    4. Drive the vehicle at a speed of approximately 40 km/h (25 mph) or more for 60 seconds or more.

    5. Check if the same DTC is output.
