REAR STABILIZER BAR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL

  2. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION ARM COVER LH

    Click here

  3. REMOVE REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  4. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01HHJO

      Remove the 2 nuts and 2 cushions and disconnect the rear stabilizer link assembly LH from the rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly LH.

      Tech Tips

      If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a 6 mm hexagon wrench to hold the stud.

  5. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01HGP3

      Remove the 4 bolts and rear suspension brace sub-assembly.

  7. LOOSEN REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH

  8. REMOVE REAR COIL SPRING LH

    Click here

  9. REMOVE REAR UPPER COIL SPRING INSULATOR LH

  10. REMOVE REAR LOWER COIL SPRING INSULATOR LH

    Click here

  11. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 STABILIZER BAR BRACKET (for LH Side)


    1. A01HEHS

      Remove the 2 nuts and rear No. 1 stabilizer bar bracket from the rear suspension member.

  12. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 STABILIZER BAR BRACKET (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR


    1. Remove the rear stabilizer bar from the rear suspension member.

  14. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BUSHING (for LH Side)


    1. Remove the rear stabilizer bushing from the rear stabilizer bar.

  15. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BUSHING (for RH Side)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
