MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER (w/ No. 1 Engine Cover)

   • w/ Glow Plug Controller:

   • w/o Glow Plug Controller:

     Click here

2. DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE

   1. 

      Remove the bolt, and disconnect the engine wire.

3. REMOVE DIESEL TURBO PRESSURE SENSOR

   1. 

      Disconnect the connector from the diesel turbo pressure sensor.

   2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the diesel turbo pressure sensor.

   3. 

      Remove the bolt and diesel turbo pressure sensor.

      Note:

      If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.
