RADIO ANTENNA CORD REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  2. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. w/o Roof Antenna:


      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Detach the 4 clamps as shown in the illustration. Then remove the antenna cord.

    2. w/ Roof Antenna:


      1. Disconnect the connectors.

      2. Detach the 6 clamps shown in the illustration.

      3. Remove the clamp bolt and antenna cord.

  4. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. w/o Roof Antenna:


      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Detach the 4 clamps as shown in the illustration. Then remove the antenna cord.

    2. w/ Roof Antenna:


      1. Disconnect the connectors.

      2. Detach the 4 clamps shown in the illustration.

      3. Remove the clamp bolt and antenna cord.

  5. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Single Cab)


    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Detach the 5 clamps and remove the antenna cord.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Double Cab)


    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Detach the 9 clamps and remove the antenna cord.
