      Multi-information Display

      The diagnosis function makes the master warning light and multi-information display turn on. When a malfunction occurs in the dynamic radar cruise control system, DTCs are stored in the ECM.

  2. CHECK INDICATOR

    1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    2. Check that the cruise control indicator light and RADAR READY indicator turn on when the cruise control switch is pushed on and that the indicator light turns off when the cruise control switch is pushed off.

      Tip:

      • If the cruise control indicator light check result indicates a problem, proceed to troubleshooting for the combination meter assembly section.

      • If a malfunction occurs in the vehicle speeds ensors, stop light switch assembly or other related parts during cruise control driving, the ECM activates the AUTO CANCEL function ofcruise control the message "CHECK CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM" is displayed. Thismassage informs the driver of the malfunction. Atthe same time, the malfunction is stored as a diagnostic trouble code.
