BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. PRECAUTION

    Note:

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

  2. REMOVE GENERATOR CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY (BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR)

      Remove nut B and disconnect the No. 3 engine wire from the generator control ECU assembly.

      Note:

      When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

    2. Disconnect the connector from the generator control ECU assembly.

    3. Remove nut A and disconnect the generator control ECU assembly from the negative (-) battery terminal.

    4. Loosen the nut and remove the negative (-) battery terminal from the battery.
