PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION PAD LH (OCCUPANT DETECTION SENSOR)


    1. Check the resistance.

        (Occupant Detection Sensor (Separate Type Rear Seat Cushion Pad LH))

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        T11-1 - T11-3 Seat occupied Below 100 Ω
        T11-1 - T11-3 Seat not occupied 1 MΩ or higher
        If the result is not as specified, replace the separate type rear seat cushion pad LH (occupant detection sensor).

  2. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION PAD RH (OCCUPANT DETECTION SENSOR)


    1. Check the resistance.

        (Occupant Detection Sensor (Separate Type Rear Seat Cushion Pad RH))

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        T4-1 - T4-3 Seat occupied Below 100 Ω
        T4-1 - T4-3 Seat not occupied 1 MΩ or higher
        If the result is not as specified, replace the separate type rear seat cushion pad RH (occupant detection sensor).

  3. INSPECT REAR CENTER SEAT CUSHION PAD (OCCUPANT DETECTION SENSOR)


    1. Check the Resistance.

        (Occupant Detection Sensor (Rear Center Seat Cushion Pad))

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        L155-1 (E) - L155-3 (CBR+) Seat occupied Below 100 Ω
        L155-1 (E) - L155-3 (CBR+) Seat not occupied 1 MΩ or higher
        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear center seat cushion pad (occupant detection sensor).
