SELECT STROKE SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  2. REMOVE FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY

  3. DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE

  4. REMOVE FUEL FILTER SUPPORT

  5. REMOVE AIR CLEANER BRACKET

  6. REMOVE SELECT STROKE SENSOR

    1. C203167

      Disconnect the 2 wire harness clamps.

    2. C199455

      Disconnect the select stroke sensor connector.

    3. C200487

      Remove the 2 screws and select stroke sensor from the shift and select actuator.

    4. Remove the O-ring from the select stroke sensor.
