COOLING FAN MOTOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL COOLING FAN MOTOR LH

   
   

   1. Install the cooling fan motor LH to the fan shroud with the 3 screws.

      Torque:

      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

2. INSTALL COOLING FAN MOTOR RH

   
   

   1. Install the cooling fan motor RH to the fan shroud with the 3 screws.

      Torque:

      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

3. CONNECT COOLING FAN WIRE

   
   

   1. 

      Connect the cooling fan wire connector to the cooling fan motor RH and lock with the lever.

   2. Engage the 2 clamps to connect the cooling fan wire to the fan shroud.

4. INSTALL FAN LH

   Note

   Do not reverse the position of the fan LH and fan RH when installing them. Doing so may damage the parts.

   
   

   1. Install the fan LH with the 3 screws.

      Torque:

      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

5. INSTALL FAN RH

   Note

   Do not reverse the position of the fan LH and fan RH when installing them. Doing so may damage the parts.

   
   

   1. Install the fan RH with the 3 screws.

      Torque:

      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

6. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
