GENERATOR(for 100A Type) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the 2 wire harness clamp brackets with the 2 bolts.

      8.4 N*m

      86 kgf*cm

      74 in.*lbf

    2. A322655N01

      Install the generator assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Bolt (A)

      54 N*m

      551 kgf*cm

      40 ft.*lbf

      Bolt (B)

      34 N*m

      347 kgf*cm

      25 ft.*lbf

    3. Connect the generator assembly connector and engage the 2 wire harness clamps.

    4. Connect the wire harness to terminal B with the nut.

      9.8 N*m

      100 kgf*cm

      87 in.*lbf

    5. Install the terminal cap.

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
