HEATER WATER PUMP INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEATER WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A01OBPOC03
      *a Alignment Mark
      *b Marking (Orange)
      *c Clip Installation Angle (-15 to 15°)

      Align the marking (orange) with the alignment mark, connect the inlet heater water hose B and engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not apply excessive force to the inlet heater water hose B.

      *a Alignment Mark
      *b Marking (Yellow)
      *c Clip Installation Angle (-15 to 15°)

      Align the marking (yellow) with the alignment mark, connect the inlet heater water hose A and engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not apply excessive force to the inlet heater water hose A.

    3. Install the heater water pump assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

    4. Engage the clamp.

    5. Connect the connector.

  2. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine)

  3. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine)

  4. INSTALL CENTER NO. 4 ENGINE UNDER COVER
