HEADLIGHT CLEANER CONTROL RELAY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER CONTROL RELAY


    1. A005F01

      Engage the claw to install the headlight cleaner control relay as shown in the illustration.

    2. A005DSJ

      Install the washer jar assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    3. Engage the clamp.

    4. Connect the 2 connectors.

    5. Connect the 2 washer hoses.

    6. Engage the 2 washer hoses to the hose clamp.

      Install the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    8. Engage the clamp.

    9. Connect the 2 connectors.

    10. Connect the washer jar cap to the washer jar assembly.

      Note

      Confirm that it is correctly inserted into the washer jar assembly.

    11. Engage the clip.
