MANUAL TRANSMISSION OIL REPLACEMENT

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN MANUAL TRANSMISSION OIL


    1. A01SDG0

      Remove the manual transmission filler plug and gasket.

    2. A01SC9X

      Remove the drain plug sub-assembly and gasket to drain the manual transmission oil.

    3. Install a new gasket and the drain plug sub-assembly.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  2. ADD MANUAL TRANSMISSION OIL


    1. A01SE7UC01
      *a 0 to 5 mm (0 to 0.196 in.)

      Add manual transmission oil until the manual transmission oil level is within 0 to 5 mm (0.196 in.) from the bottom of the manual transmission filler plug opening.

      Gear oil API GL-3 (GL-4) SAE 75W-90 2.6 liters (2.7 US qts, 2.3 Imp. qts)
    2. A01SDG0

      Install a new gasket and the manual transmission filler plug.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }
