REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

   
   

   1. w/ Seat Belt Warning System:

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Inner With Center Belt Assembly RH)

         for Manual Seat:

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 2 (RBR-) - 5 (RBR+) 15 (CBR+) - 22 (CBR-) Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH not fastened Below 1 Ω 2 (RBR-) - 5( RBR+) 15 (CBR+) - 22 (CBR-) Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH fastened 10 kΩ or higher

         If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH.

      2. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Inner With Center Belt Assembly RH)

         for Power Seat:

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 2 - 3 4 - 5 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH not fastened Below 1 Ω 2 - 3 4 - 5 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH fastened 10 kΩ or higher

         If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH.

2. INSPECT REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

   
   

   1. w/ Seat Belt Warning System:

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH)

         for Manual Seat:

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 13 (LBR+) - 18 (LBR-) Rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH not fastened Below 1 Ω 13 (LBR+) - 18 (LBR-) Rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH fastened 10 kΩ or higher

         If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner belt assembly LH.

      2. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH)

         for Power Seat:

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH not fastened Below 1 Ω 1 - 2 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH fastened 10 kΩ or higher

         If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner belt assembly LH.
