RADIO ANTENNA CORD INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. for Normal Roof:

      1. Engage the 7 clamps.

      2. Install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly with the nut.

        3.3 N*m

        34 kgf*cm

        29 in.*lbf

      3. Connect the connector.

    2. for Canvas Top:

      1. Engage the 8 clamps.

      2. Install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly with the nut.

        3.3 N*m

        34 kgf*cm

        29 in.*lbf

      3. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

  4. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. for LHD:

      1. Engage the 7 clamps.

    2. for RHD:

      1. Engage the 6 clamps.

    3. Connect the connector to install the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  5. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Radio Receiver)
