FRONT BUMPER(for Sedan) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    1. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      1. Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System:

      1. Connect the ultrasonic sensor connector.

    3. B463254

      Move the front bumper assembly into position as shown in the illustration.

    4. Install the 3 clips.

    5. Pull back the side of the front bumper assembly and connect the connector.

      Note:

      Do not apply excessive force when pulling back the front bumper assembly.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Engage the 4 claws as shown in the illustration.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    7. Install the 8 screws.

      Pin Hold Clip

      Install the pin hold clip as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is aligned vertically.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    9. Install the front bumper assembly with the clip.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. ADJUST FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Fog Light)

  4. ADD WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)
