BACK DOOR DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BACK WINDOW GLASS CHANNEL LH


    1. A005AS9

      Disengage the clip and grommet, and remove the back window glass channel LH.

  2. REMOVE BACK WINDOW GLASS CHANNEL RH


    1. A005C2U

      Disengage the clip and grommet, and remove the back window glass channel RH.

  3. REMOVE DOOR PULL HANDLE


    1. A005E1M

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the door pull handle.

  4. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH


    1. A005B7T

      Disengage the 4 claws and 4 clips, and remove the back door center garnish.

  5. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH

      Disengage the 2 clips and 2 claws, and remove the back door side garnish LH.

  6. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH


    1. A005CCF

      Disengage the 2 clips and 2 claws, and remove the back door side garnish RH.

  7. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY


    1. A005CQT

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and remove the back door hole cover.

    2. A005BSJ

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 3 claws and 3 guides, and remove the back door service hole cover LH.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

    3. A005D01

      Using a molding remover, disengage the clip and make a clearance between the back door trim board assembly and the body.

    4. A005DPB

      Using the clearance and service hole, disengage the 13 clips and guide to remove the back door trim board assembly.

  8. REMOVE BACK DOOR PANEL CUSHION


    1. A005EIT

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the 2 back door panel cushions.

  9. REMOVE BACK DOOR DUST PROOF SEAL

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the 2 back door dust proof seals.

  10. REMOVE BACK DOOR WEIGHT


    1. A005ASY

      Remove the 3 bolts.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the back door weight.

  11. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY
