RADIO ANTENNA CORD REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Radio Receiver)

  3. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (for Radio Receiver Type)

  4. REMOVE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (for Radio and Display Type)

  5. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. for LHD:

      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the 7 clamps to remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. for RHD:

      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the 6 clamps to remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. for Normal Roof:

      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Remove the nut.

      3. Disengage the 7 clamps to remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. for Canvas Top:

      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Remove the nut.

      3. Disengage the 8 clamps to remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
