  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. The trochoid gear type oil pump is used.

    2. The oil pump is operated by the torque converter. The oil pump lubricates the planetary gear units and supplies operating oil pressure for hydraulic control.

    3. The pump cover is made of aluminum to reduce weight.

    4. The oil pump has 1 inlet port and 2 discharge ports. The 2 discharge port mechanism enables the selection of 2 oil pressure modes in accordance with the engine operating conditions, reducing the required oil pump drive torque.
