DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the rain sensor detects an internal malfunction.

    When one of the following conditions is met:

  • IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and rain sensor internal thermistor temperature malfunction continues for 10 seconds or more

  • IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and LED output malfunction continues for 2 seconds or more

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Click here


      Body Electrical > Rain and/or Humidity Sensor > Clear DTCs

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and wait for at least 10 seconds.

    3. Check for DTCs.

      OK
      DTC B1400 is not output
