FRONT PNEUMATIC CYLINDER(for AWD) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FRONT PNEUMATIC CYLINDER WITH SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Extend the front pneumatic cylinder with shock absorber assembly and check that it is as described below.

      Standard
      While extending the cylinder at a constant speed, the load is constant for each stroke and there is no abnormal feedback or noises. Also, the cylinder returns at a constant speed when extended.

      Note

      When extending the front pneumatic cylinder with shock absorber assembly, do not block the air inlet/outlet opening.

      Tech Tips

      If an abnormality is found, replace the front pneumatic cylinder with shock absorber assembly with a new one.
