HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU (for LHD)

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the 2 claws to install the hybrid vehicle control ECU as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Make sure that the hybrid vehicle control ECU is securely installed.

2. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU (for RHD)

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the 2 claws to install the hybrid vehicle control ECU as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Make sure that the hybrid vehicle control ECU is securely installed.

3. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH (for LHD)

   
   

   1. Install the ECU integration box RH with the bolt and 2 nuts.

   2. Engage the 3 clamps.

   3. Connect each connector.

4. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX LH (for RHD)

   
   

   1. Install the ECU integration box LH with the bolt and nut.

   2. Engage the clamp.

   3. Connect each connector.

5. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

8. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH

   Click here

9. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

   Click here

10. INSTALL NO. 1 DECK BOARD

    Click here

11. INSTALL NO. 2 DECK BOARD

    Click here

12. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

    Click here

13. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
