OIL PUMP(w/o Glow Plug Controller) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL OIL PUMP ROTOR SET

   1. Apply engine oil to the oil pump drive rotor and oil pump driven rotor.

   2. Apply engine oil to the shaft on the oil pump drive rotor.

   3.

      Mark

      Align the oil pump drive rotor mark with the oil pump driven rotor mark.

   4. Install the oil pump rotor set to the oil pan sub-assembly.

2. INSTALL OIL PUMP COVER

   1. Install the oil pump cover with the 5 bolts.

      8.8 N*m

      90 kgf*cm

      78 in.*lbf
