FRONT CONSOLE BOX REASSEMBLY

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL SHIFTING HOLE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

    1. Attach the 4 hooks to install the shifting hole cover to the upper console panel sub-assembly.

  2. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the console compartment door lock sub-assembly to the console compartment door sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Slide Console Type)

    1. Install the console compartment door sub-assembly to the rear console box sub-assembly with 2 new bushes.

    2. B337865

      Push in the shaft until it contacts the bush.

    3. Try to move the shaft left and right and check that there is no rattle.

  4. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Slide Console Type)

    1. Install the console compartment door sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

  5. INSTALL CONSOLE REAR END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 2 clips and 4 claws to install the console rear end panel sub-assembly.
