BLOWER UNIT INSTALLATION

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER

    1. E265986

      Install the air refiner element as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      Install the air refiner element with its UP mark oriented in the correct direction.

  2. INSTALL AIR FILTER CASE

    1. Engage the guide and claw to install the air filter case.

  3. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the blower assembly to the air conditioning radiator assembly with the 3 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. w/ PTC heater:

      Connect the connector bracket with the screw and attach the wire harness.

  4. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER UNIT ASSEMBLY
