INTEGRATION RELAY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

  2. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH

  3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 RELAY BLOCK COVER

      Disengage the 2 clamps.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws as shown in the illustration to remove the No. 1 relay block cover.

  5. REMOVE SEMICONDUCTOR POWER INTEGRATION ECU

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Pull up the semiconductor pwr integration ECU as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      When pulling the semiconductor pwr integration ECU, take care not to damage it.

    3. B004GO6

      Disconnect the 5 connectors and remove the semiconductor pwr integration ECU.

      When pulling the semiconductor pwr integration ECU, take care not to damage it.
