BLOWER UNIT DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

    1. E265979

      Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.

  2. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

      Remove the 3 screws and blower motor with fan sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

    1. E265981

      Remove the 3 screws and blower motor with fan sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

    1. Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

    1. Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.
