EGR VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

  2. REMOVE EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

    1. A322697

      Disconnect the EGR valve assembly connector.

    2. A322698

      Slide the clip and disconnect the water by-pass hose assembly from the EGR valve assembly.

    3. A322699

      Remove the EGR valve assembly from the cylinder head sub-assembly.

    4. Remove the EGR valve gasket from the cylinder head sub-assembly.
