FRONT BUMPER(for Hatchback, Wagon) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    1. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      1. Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System:

      1. Connect the ultrasonic sensor connector.

    3. B323823

      Move the front bumper assembly into position and install the 3 clips.

    4. w/ Fog Light:

      1. Pull back the side of the front bumper assembly and connect the 2 fog light connectors.

        Note:

        Pull back the side of the front bumper assembly and connect each connector.

    5. B323825

      Engage the 3 claws.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    6. Install the 6 screws.

      Install the pin hold clip as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is aligned vertically.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    8. Install the clip.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER PROTECTOR

  4. ADJUST FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Fog Light)

  5. ADD WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)
