CONDENSER (for Cold Area) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL COOLER DRYER

    1. Using pliers, install a new cooler dryer to the modulator.

      Apply sufficient compressor oil to a new O-ring and the cap fitting surface.

      Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
    3. A01DXG2

      Using a 14 mm straight hexagon wrench, install the cap to the cooler condenser core.

      Torque:
      2.9 N*m  { 30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 3 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 3 cooler condenser bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 cooler condenser bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET


    1. for Driver Side:

      Install the No. 1cooler condenser bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

    2. for Passenger Side:

      Install the No. 1cooler condenser bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }
