NAVIGATION ECU REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER CENTER FINISH PANEL

    Click here

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH LOWER CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE NAVIGATION ECU WITH BRACKET

      Disconnect the 4 connectors.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and pull out the navigation ECU with bracket.

    3. A001U8J

      Disconnect the connector to remove the navigation ECU with bracket.

  6. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B008KK9

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp to remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 NAVIGATION ECU BRACKET

    1. Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove No. 1 navigation ECU bracket from the navigation ECU.

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 NAVIGATION ECU BRACKET

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove No. 2 navigation ECU bracket from the navigation ECU.
