HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER LH (for Hatchback, Wagon)

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER RH (for Hatchback, Wagon)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH (for Sedan)

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER RH (for Sedan)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    for Hatchback, Wagon:Click here

    for Sedan:Click here

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. for Hatchback, Wagon:

      1. E319328C02

        *a

        Connector Lock

        Release the connector lock as shown in the illustration and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

      2. E319329

        Remove the 2 screws and headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH.

    2. for Sedan:

      1. E278237C01

        *a

        Connector Lock

        Release the connector lock and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

      2. E278238

        Remove the 2 screws from the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH.

  7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP

    1. for Hatchback, Wagon:

      1. E319334

        Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 headlight cleaner clamp.

    2. for Sedan:

      1. E278239

        Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 headlight cleaner clamp.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 headlight cleaner clamp.
