FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER INSTALLATION

Tip:

Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

INSTALL FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER WITH COIL SPRING
1. Install the front shock absorber with coil spring (upper side) with the 3 nuts.

2. Connect the front shock absorber with coil spring (lower side) to the steering knuckle with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

3. Tighten the front support to front shock absorber nut.

CONNECT FRONT FLEXIBLE HOSE
1. Connect the front flexible hose to the steering knuckle with the bolt.

CONNECT FRONT SPEED SENSOR LH
1. Connect the front flexible hose and front speed sensor with the bolt and attach the clamp.

  Note:
  Do not twist the front speed sensor when installing it.
  
  Tip:
  Install the front flexible hose and the wire harness bracket of the front speed sensor in that order.
CONNECT FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH
1. Connect the front stabilizer link assembly to the front shock absorber with coil spring with the nut.

  Tip:
  If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a 6 mm hexagon wrench to hold the stud bolt.
INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION SUPPORT DUST COVER LH
1. Install the front suspension support dust cover.

1. Install the front wiper motor and link assembly (Click here).
INSPECT AND ADJUST FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT
1. Inspect and adjust the front wheel alignment (Click here).
