HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY(for LED Headlight) REASSEMBLY

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET

    1. Install a new headlight gasket to the ECU base.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Install the No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH to the ECU base with the 2 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

      Unlock Position Mark

      *c

      Lock Position Mark

      Align the matchmark of the ECU base to the unlock position mark, and then rotate the ECU base clockwise until the lock position mark to install the ECU base.

  3. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

    1. E273986

      Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket.

  4. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET

      Unlock Position Mark

      *c

      Lock Position Mark

      Align the matchmark of the front turn signal light socket to the unlock position mark, and then rotate the front turn signal light socket clockwise until the lock position mark to install the front turn signal light socket.
