EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR(for Sensor 2) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR (for Sensor 2)

   1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
      1 - 2	- 40°C (- 40°F)	64.2 to 149.0 kΩ
      	0°C (32°F)	22.1 to 37.0 kΩ
      	100°C (212°F)	2.35 to 3.34 kΩ

      Tip:

      The temperature indicated under "Condition" is the temperature of the exhaust gas temperature sensor.

      If the result is not as specified, replace the exhaust gas temperature sensor.
